Our EQ Leadership Workshops offer a thorough program designed to enhance participants' understanding and perspectives on emotional intelligence. The EQ-i 2.0® emotional intelligence model consists of fifteen factors categorized into five functional areas. These skills can be theoretically and empirically linked to job competencies, productivity, academic performance, and other indicators of success, aiding in the prediction and enhancement of functioning.


The comprehensive Leadership report presents an overview of your results, utilizing the 5 EQ composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management. It also offers a detailed interpretation of your proficiency in the 15 EQ competencies and highlights the potential for improvement by achieving a balance in these competencies. By doing so, leaders can significantly enhance their well-being, workplace and leadership performance, interpersonal relationships, and communication.
